HOW WE PROTECT YOUR DATA

Browse Our Data Handling Practices

We apply specific technical and organisational measures to every layer of data we hold — from the moment you complete a UPI deposit through to the encrypted records…

Data Collection Scope

We collect your name, contact details, payment method identifiers such as your UPI ID, device fingerprint and session logs.

Cookie Use

Our site uses session cookies to keep you logged in, analytics cookies to understand which pages load slowly, and preference…

Account Security Measures

Passwords are stored as salted hashes — never in plain text. All connections to pgebet run over TLS encryption.

Data Retention Periods

Active account data is held for as long as your account remains open.

Third-Party Data Sharing

We share data only with payment processors (UPI, Paytm, PhonePe networks), identity verification services and fraud-prevention partners.

Requesting Changes to Your Data

You may request a full export of the data we hold, ask us to correct inaccurate details, or request deletion…

Explore Answers to Common Privacy Questions

These are the questions we receive most often about data rights, cookies and account privacy. If your question is not covered here, open a chat or use the in-account request form and we will respond in writing.

We collect your full name, email address, mobile number, date of birth and the payment identifiers you register — such as your UPI ID or Paytm number. Device and session data is also logged for security purposes.

Payment identifiers are tokenised — we store a reference string, not your full account credentials. Full UPI or Paytm account details are processed directly by the payment gateway and are never written to our own database in raw form.

Yes. Submit a data access request through the Data and Privacy tab in Account Settings or email our privacy team. We will deliver a structured export of your account data within thirty calendar days of confirming your identity.

Submit a deletion request via the in-account form or by email. Where no legal retention obligation applies, we will delete your data and send a written confirmation. Records we are legally required to keep will be flagged and explained.

No. We do not sell or rent your personal data to advertisers. The only third parties who receive your data are those needed to run payment processing, identity checks and fraud prevention — each bound by a data processing agreement.

A cookie consent banner appears on your first visit. You can accept all, reject non-essential, or customise by category. You may also update your preferences at any time through the Cookie Settings link in our site footer.

Contact our privacy team directly by email or live chat. We will investigate and respond within two business days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate to the relevant data protection authority under applicable Indian law.
